Please ensure your email address when completing customer details is correct or the download won't be sent, and will just bounce back.
Customers who ordered digital dowloads before the 3rd October 2009
The following statement below still applies
A separate email via 'You Send It' will be sent to you. This will contain a link to click on which will take you to the site where you can download the files. If you are a new customer you will be required to register once you have clicked on the link. It is completely free do this. You will then be able to access the file(s).
Please note for security reasons there is a time limit of 7 days to download the file(s) and a limit of 5 downloads per item.
It is your responsibility to back your files up once they have been downloaded. If you lose them and your limits have expired you will need to re-purchase them for a new link to be sent.
Please note from 3rd October 2009
Digital Downloads will be sent differently. An email link by Cameo Crafts Designs will be sent via separate email, with instructions on how to access the download file. It is quicker and there is no queuing system. For security reasons the file must be downloaded within 7 days, and the amount of times you download is unlimited. So it is up to you to back your file up once it is downloaded. You may request the link to be sent a further 2 times within that 7 day period. But again for security reasons once the two requests have been made then you will have to repurchase the right to the download link again. This is to prevent the process of file sharing via the links between groups like Yahoo and Google etc., which is illegal.
