Please Note -

All of our products are well packaged and clearly labelled Do Not Bend or such, and once handed into the Post Office a Certificate of Posting Obtained.  Cameo Crafts Designs cannot take responsibility for the condition of delivery of items by Royal Mail or any such courier.  It is up to you to take the matter up with the appropriate organisation to complain and seek compensation.

Due to heavy order demands we have had to review our allowance for postal deliveries, and whilst every effort under normal circumstances will be made to get the orders out a soon as possible, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. This DOES NOT include weekends and public holidays.

International Orders will take longer, depending on destination

We try to delvier Digtial Downloads within 48 hours of your order.  But please note sometimes servers, go down which is beyond my control and I cannot physically or realistically man the computer 24hours a day.

If you ordering a Digtial Download Internationally, please allow for time differences between our country's.  My 48 hours is calculated on the UK's GMT.
