CAMEO CRAFTS DESIGNS OFFERS REFUNDS AT ITS OWN DESCRETION.  NO REFUNDS AT ALL CAN BE MADE ON DIGITAL DOWNLOADS.

RETURNS

CAMEO CRAFTS DESIGNS DOES NOT OFFER A RETURNS POLICY ON ITS PRODUCTS UNLESS IT IS PROVEN THEY ARE FAULTY.  THIS IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY COULD  POTENTIALLY BE COPIED.  IF YOU BELIEVE A PRODUCT TO BE FAULTY  THEN YOU SHOULD CONTACT US OUTLINING THE PROBLEM.  IF IT IS PROVEN THEN CAMEO CRAFTS DESIGNS SHOULD BE CONTACTED AND ITEM RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE.  ONCE SATISFIED IT IS FAULTY THEN A REFUND MAY BE ISSUED.

THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONDITION OF THE DELIVERY OF ITEMS. THEY LEAVE US IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND A CERTIFICATE OF POSTING OBTAINED.  SHOULD ITEMS BE RECEIVED IN UNSATISFACTORY CONDITION YOU SHOULD TAKE THIS UP WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE USED WHICH WILL BE THE ROYAL MAIL.

does not allow

Templates, CD ROMs and Digital Downloads to be copied, Scanned and resold or distributed for monetary gain in their entire original form - you as the buyer must create a project from them. 

Craft Kits with Templates or printer papers, Embellishments and or Decoupage is NOT ALLOWED

All Templates, CD ROMs and Digital Downloads have been copyright registered, anyone who is found and/or reported  reproducing Cameo Crafts Designs Templates, CD ROMs or Freely sharing Digital Downloads may face prosecution.

Cameo Crafts Designs has either purchased the rights or has full

permission to use graphics found from time to time in their products.

Credits are given to to owners/artists where necessary and appropriate

All Templates are  original designs in their entirety by Cameo Crafts Designs and are NOT copies of anyone's/companies/organisations
